Autumn 2026 Market Update
What’s Changing in Your Office Fruit Box
Dominic here from iFresh Corporate Pantry, and as we roll into autumn, we wanted to give you a quick update on what’s happening behind the scenes and more importantly, what’s landing in your office fruit box.
Farewell to Stone Fruit (For Now)
As we wrap up the stone fruit season, it’s a big thank you to all our growers across the regions who delivered an incredible summer.
Peaches, nectarines, and cherries have had their moment and what a run it’s been.
Don’t worry though… Plums are still going strong and will continue to feature throughout autumn, bringing that perfect balance of sweetness and bite to your workplace fruit offering.
Apple Season Is Here
This is where things get exciting.
Autumn is apple season, and it’s one of the best times of year for quality, flavour, and consistency.
Right now, in your office fruit box, you’ll find:
“Royal Gala, sweet, crisp, easy to eat & Granny Smith, fresh, sharp, and energising”
As we move through March and into April (around Easter), keep an eye out for:
“New season Pink Lady apples, a customer favourite”
They’re reliable, long-lasting, and perfect for the office environment, whether it’s a quick desk snack or something to grab between meetings.
Pears Are Stepping In
As the season shifts, pears start to take their place in your fruit box.
Currently, we’re supplying:
“William Pears sourced from Victoria”
They’re smooth, juicy, and ideal for workplaces — easy to eat, minimal mess, and a great alternative to apples for variety across the week.
You’ll be seeing more of these as autumn settles in.
Why This Matters for Your Workplace
“Better flavour,
Better value,
Less waste,
Happier teams, and most importantly, fruit that actually gets eaten.”
